On analysing the task, firstly, the empty cans collected from home, schools and parks and send this waste materials in scrap dealers and recycling centers. Secondly, the garbage collectors are crushed and flattened into bales. Thirdly, with the help of crusher, the bales are crushed into small chips. Nextly, the furnace mild heating and removing the paints and coatings of the crushed chips.
Furthermore, the main process is melting which melt the chips and cast in ingots on the temperature of 350 degree celsius. In the sixth step, the sheet compressor and coller are performed hot and cold rolling and produce new sheets. Last but not least, the cutting and moulding process construct the new aluminium cans.
